This course provides students with introductory technical information to safely and correctly operate, troubleshoot and maintain cold cutting equipment.
Training will include theory, practical experiences, and student assignments.
Classes run three consecutive days, 8:00 AM – 4 PM each day.
5 hours classroom minimum, 16 hours shop activities minimum
CERTIFICATION: On successful completion, each student will be issued a NAUSC certificate.
PRE-REQUISITES: Must be a registered Apprentice and a minimum of three (3) students are required for this course.
PPE Requirement – CSA boots, gloves, safety glasses and a long sleeve shirt.
